Another fusion recipe on the fly.

[Quick Recipe]

Toss stir-fried tofu and mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil.

Marinate it with salted-koji and a kelp-based noodle soup concentrate (めんつゆ).

Finish with a sprinkle of black olives and shichimi spice mix.
