The Art of “Niksen”

A Dutch verb meaning “doing nothing.

I remember I found it an unique verb when I first came across this word.

Obviously, it’s easier said than done in our hectic life.

Yet, just 2 minutes niksen, looking up the sky, always helps me feel more grounded when my mind is quite messy.
